The Singapore Tennis Association (STA), the national governing body for tennis in Singapore, launched a new digital platform in 2025 to modernize tennis administration and enhance accessibility for the broader community.
With a unified “one-app” approach, the platform supports players, coaches, referees, and administrators through both mobile and web interfaces. It streamlines key processes like membership, tournament registration, and training class management — significantly reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
To encourage community participation, the platform includes features like social play and self-initiated match activities, making it easier for players to stay active and connected. For U10 players, parents can register for courses, pay fees, and track progress seamlessly.
A key highlight is STA’s integration with the World Tennis Number (WTN) and International Tennis Federation (ITF). Previously a manual task, WTN numbers are now imported automatically via API, saving time and minimizing errors.
This digital initiative not only improves operations but also supports STA’s long-term goal of growing the tennis ecosystem and making the sport more inclusive and accessible.
