1. Account/ Project Manager

• Candidates with prior working experience in related fields are preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
• Comfortable and confident with meeting new people, responsible for Forecepts' relationship with clients, maintain productive and service-oriented relationships with clients and partners.
• Able to see big picture and think logically to understand client's business needs. Prepare proposals and perform contract and financial negotiations with client.
• Able to appreciate the fine details, develop and implement project plans i.e. project scope, timeline and budget. Needs to be a team player to collaborate with internal team for project proposal and development.
• Must be passionate about the internet and abreast with web-related news and trends.
  
  

2. Web Developer/ Programmer

• Candidates with prior working experience in related fields are preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Work with analyst and designer to understand functional and design requirements/ expectation clearly.
• Translate design into HTML using latest web standards and technology.
• Work closely with designer towards the front-end prototyping sign-off stage to produce accurate and scalable HTML, and identify missing templates/ assets.
• Implement functional programming according to the details in the functional specs with clear considerations of security, scalability, SEO and efficiency.
• Follow development standards and research/ use latest technology in appropriate manner.
• Perform internal testing using provided test cases and produce test report.
• Preferred programming language skills in both or either:
  • PHP (native) and Zend or other frameworks
  • ASP.NET 3.5 with C#
• Candidates skilled with other languages like JSP or ASP are also welcome.
• Proficient in most of the following:
  • HTML 4 & 5 / XHTML 1.0
  • CSS 2 & 3
  • Javascript
  • jQuery Framework & UI
  • AJAX
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts & URL rewrite.
• RDMS (MySQL, MSSQL). Excellent in SQL queries.
  

3. Web Graphics/ Interface Designer

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator on PC or Mac platform.
• Strong in creative conceptualization and execution.
• Self-motivated with passion for designing great web graphics and user interfaces.
• Knowledge and experience with basic HTML and CSS will be an advantage.
