Finally, a website that makes ordering fast food for home delivery as easy as 1, 2, 3. I was glad to find a “First Time Here” link easily on the home page when I was trying to make my first order with McDonald’s online, it detailed a clear step-by-step set of instructions for me. WAIT! In the course of our work, we’ve come across many a bad client, here’s some interesting facts about them:
- “Get it up quick” attitude, wants to shortcut the project scoping and planning process, wants a website up for the sake of having a website.
- Has not given thought to the business objectives of the website, what the content should be and how it should be organised (e.g. no sitemap) WAIT! There is more to read… read on »

Here’s our wish list of a great client :p
- Knows his website objectives and goals e.g. why he wants a certain function on the website and how the it should work to meet his business objectives.
- Answers questions pertaining to the web project (e.g. design direction, target audience, function requirements)during the initial project scoping phase with the web consultant in a clear and detailed manner.
- Prepares an RFP ( Request for Proposal) or a document with a clear outline on the scope of the web project. WAIT! There is more to read… read on »
