Our First Workshop

Finally, we have kick-started our in-house training sessions.
Our first Workshop held on 20th Sept, exactly on Lee Peng’s birthday, was “Converting Design to HTML”.
The subjects covered were: conforming to present day XHTML standards, best CSS practices, <table> to <div> layouts, slicing techniques and SEO considerations.
Besides our programmers, we were glad to have both Mingyi and Peter from the Account Servicing team over to join us for a time of learning and fun activities.
We had a sumptuous meal during lunch at a nearby restaurant a stone’s throw away from office. After the workshop was wrapped up at 4 p.m., the majority of us adjourned over to Tesco Square for a KTV session before departing to our respective homes.

Yes, we had a good time singing at RedBox at Jusco! Have to miss out on the upcoming 4th October Malaysia Feasting Tour organised by Forecepts!! Eat on my behalf guys!
Im glad to see forecepts have start up the training section =) can invite me for the MS SQL Server 2005 training. I will be FOC for forecepts. =P
