At Forecepts, we adopt a standard 10-step development approach to all our web projects:

1. Scoping
   Gathering client's web design requirements and understanding client's business processes.
   
   
2. Quotation & Proposal
   Revision of quotation and tailoring of proposed modules to suit client's requirements and budget better.
   
   
3. Web Interface Conceptualisation
   Presentation of design screenshots to client, followed by fine-tuning to the concept if any, before final approval by client.
   
   
4. Application Programming
   Programming & integration of required modules such as event management, e-commerce, photo gallery, promotion display, etc.
   
   
5. Skinning & Design Integration
   The Photoshop design will be sliced to fit into web centric-layouts and font styles set into standard template pages.
   
   
6. Web Page Development
   Translate clients' information into web pages and apply the standard design theme across all the web pages while creating them.
   
   
7. Feedback & Testing
   The pre-launch website is uploaded to Forecepts’ own testing server for client testing.
   
   
8. Tweaking & Bug Fixing
   Performing the necessary tweaking and bug fixing on the testing server based on client's feedback.
   
   
9. Client Sign-off
   Client checks that the fixes for his feedback has been performed and signs off as acceptance of final product delivered by Forecepts.
   
   
10. Website Goes 'Live'
    Forecept's 1 month warranty against bugs and application errors starts from website 'live' or deployment date.
